This one-of-a-kind necklace by Karin Jacobson features a beautiful pear-shaped rainbow moonstone cabochon. For an added sparkle, there is a round brilliant cut diamond (0.025ct) accent just above the 5.57ct moonstone. Made of 18k and 22k yellow gold, the pendant measures 1" tall including the bail and 0.43" at the widest. It comes with an adjustable oxidized sterling silver 1.5mm cable chain that can be worn at both 16" and 18". Handcrafted in US.
